Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Vincobets Casino (referred to throughout as “the Casino”, “we”, or “us”) and any person who registers an account or accesses the platform (referred to as “the Player” or “you”). By completing the registration process or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Vincobets reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money activity on the platform. Vincobets conducts age verification checks as part of the standard know-your-customer process. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

Jurisdiction

It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their country of residence before opening an account. Vincobets does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. A list of restricted territories is available on request.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended pending investigation and any balance held within them may be voided. To register, players must provide accurate and truthful information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension.

Know Your Customer

Vincobets is required by its licensing conditions to verify the identity of all players. Verification documents that may be requested include:

  • Government-issued photo identification (passport, national ID card, or driving licence)
  • Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of payment method (card image or e-wallet screenshot)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed.

Vincobets reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Players may be asked to provide documentary evidence of the source of funds for large withdrawal requests.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms include:

  • Bonuses are available to new players only unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer
  • The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is €5 per round
  • Games contribute at different rates towards the wagering requirement (slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games 20%)
  • Bonus abuse, including the use of systems or strategies designed to exploit promotional offers, will result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings
  • Vincobets reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time

Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

  • Opening more than one account
  • Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform
  • Colluding with other players
  • Exploiting software errors or bugs
  • Providing false information during registration or verification
  • Engaging in any form of fraud or money laundering

Intellectual Property

All content on the Vincobets platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, and written materials, is the property of the Casino or its licensed suppliers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Vincobets shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions to the service, technical errors, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Casino’s total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory authority.
